In order to complete an international wire transfer to Etana, complete the following steps:
- Login to your profile
- Select Deposit
STEP 1:
- Select from the Drop Down Box the origin account for the Wire
- Select the Destination Account for the Deposit
- “US Dollar (USD), for Incoming International Wires”
- Enter the Amount you would like to Deposit
STEP2:
- Download the Bank Wire Instructions
- Complete the Wire at your Bank using the Bank Wire Instructions
- Enter the Wire Notes (the wire with your bank)
- Transaction Refcode AND Your Name
- Example: John Smith, RefCode 35815
- This will assist in ID your transaction and Proper Crediting
- Transaction Refcode AND Your Name
- Enter the Wire Notes (the wire with your bank)
- In the Bank Refcode Field, Enter the Wire Confirmation Number
Deposits can take from 3-5 Business Days to credit to your account depending on Beneficiary/Intermediary Bank processing times.
